New Items!
Im rather excited! I have just explored a whole new range of items! It'll be posted up online on monday. It is still categorized under accessories as well, but it fits as a whole classification by itself. There will be quite a number of new items(will be posted online on monday) that are sold on saturday's flea! However, they are extremely limited in stocks, so the first person who purchases it gets it! :3 Same goes for older items. I only have 1 or 2 instocks so.. hurry and grab them! :)

Oh yes, i do need your votes for this question:
"Should i bring customization back?"
Just state the title of the post and then tell me your answer! Or you could tag my enquiry board. I would love to hear from you! :)

What is "handmade" exactly?

credit
Simply put, handmade = hand + made. There are 2 degrees of handmade. 1) When the product is made by the seller him/herself and marketed by him/herself. For example, at TEESDAE, I make the charms myself and attach them to jewelry blanks myself as well.  2) When the product is made by a person but sold by others. For example, i got a dog keychain which was made by a few local ladies from overseas. However,  it was from a store instead of directly from these ladies. Thats the difference between degree 1 and 2.

At TEESDAE, the product prices are actually the cheapest that i can afford to sell at. One may look at the product and see just a piece of accessory just like any accessories found in stores, just that perhaps the piece is more different. However, actually, the piece of accessory consists of many more things.
It consist of the time and labor(sometimes 5 to 15 minutes, sometimes the whole day) i put in to design and make the charms from scratch, the cost of the raw materials used to make the charms as well as the cost of the jewelry blanks. Sometimes, i require an oven to make the charms as well(actually i bought the convection oven for solely this purpose) and the utilities bills would have to be considered as well.
Thus a lot of work goes into turning these little accessories into reality. Now, you know the background of how the charms came about! :)

Hopefully, with these added knowledge, you'll appreciate the little handmade trinkets and goodies more! :)
